My philosophy with personal training is that it should truly be personal. I take a goal-oriented approach where I tailor the programs and workouts so you achieve your desired outcomes. For me, form comes first and I’ll progress you so you continue to grow and see change. I view being a trainer as a privilege and care about your success.

I started working with Jamie about a year before my wedding and quickly learned that his devotion, care and overall knowledge of personal fitness is truly remarkable.
